DESCRIPTION
Since 2016, starting with a redesign, we have been designing the annually published Archaeological News. These provide an insight into archaeological excavations and events in Schleswig-Hostein.
Once again the design focus is to transform the rather outdated visual presentation in this field of science into a modern and contemporary one and to create a uniform, yet individual look for each issue with lots of graphics, illustrations, maps and plans.
One of the highlights is the article on the excavation of the settlement in Brebel. We have reconstructed a longhouse from the Roman imperial period based on the excavation plans and visualised it in illustrations and a 3D animation.
