DESCRIPTION
As part of a cooperation with the Kiel Science Communication Network, we have developed a graphic about sweeteners for spektrum.de and Spektrum Gesundheit. It shows sugar alternatives with their properties, advantages and disadvantages and compares them with table sugar. In the interactive version, you can filter according to the desired properties, for example whether the substances are low in calories, tooth-friendly or suitable for baking. There is also a more detailed profile with more information.
